Responsibilities include:

· Maintain, repair, install and perform preventative maintenance on all refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines and any other refrigeration related equipment.

· Braze and solder copper pipe and fittings to make repairs to refrigeration lines.

· Design and implement plans for new installations.

· Coordinate and schedule outside contractors as needed.

· Adhere to departmental quality standards.

· Follow all safety rules.

· Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.

· Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.

· Review assigned work orders and determines work priorities.

· Working as part of a team, you must be willing and able to help out in other areas of the Facilities department when needed.

BRING US YOUR BEST.

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Five (5) years of refrigeration experience in hospitality or related field.

· Must be knowledgeable in the use of electrical test instruments such as a multi-meter.

· Must have an EPA Certification.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical trades

· Basic computer skills.

· Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

· Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented.
